Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

• Perform inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials
• conduct in line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
• Perform finished product analysis and testing
• Conduct audits on all areas of the process
• Prepare report for each assigned task
• Conduct batch test prior usage of materials at production
• Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Assists in the supervision of Main and Toll Manufacturing plants
• Review reports, confer with quality assurance and interfacing departments to solve work related problems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Chemical Engineering or any equivalent
• With advanced working knowledge in baking and science technology
• With at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Proficient and highly knowledgeable in microbial analysis or laboratory analysis
• Can handle pressure and can perform multi-tasking
• With experience in audit like ISO, SGS if any is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
