Product Specialist


Job Description:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and unique selling points of our products.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and cohesion in brand and product messaging.
  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications or related field.
  • With solid experience in brand management, product marketing, preferably in branded consumer goods
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving key performance indicators, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Genuine passion for brand building and product innovation, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Amenable to work in any of the following areas as advised by the Senior Marketing Manager; Baguio, Cebu, and Cagayan De Oro.
