HR Generalist


Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, processing HR documents, and managing HRIS systems.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Amenable to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
