General Accounting Staff


Job Description:

  • Timely preparation of financial report package
  • Timely preparation of monthly accounting schedules (including accounting accruals) as support in preparation of financial report
  • Timely and accurate analysis on accounts with significant movements
  • Perform closing of oracle modules and preparing entries in Oracle System
  • Maintains an updates book of accounts
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in general accounting or finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
