General Accounting Staff
Job Description:
- Timely preparation of financial report package
- Timely preparation of monthly accounting schedules (including accounting accruals) as support in preparation of financial report
- Timely and accurate analysis on accounts with significant movements
- Perform closing of oracle modules and preparing entries in Oracle System
- Maintains an updates book of accounts
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in general accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
