General Accounting Staff


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepares the Financial Report Package within required timelines.
  • Completes monthly accounting schedules, including accruals, to support financial reporting on time.
  • Conducts timely and accurate P&L analysis for accounts with significant variances.
  • Executes Oracle module closings and records necessary journal entries in the Oracle system.
  • Ensures books of accounts are properly maintained and regularly updated.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year of experience in general accounting is preferred but not required
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site
