General Accounting Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares the Financial Report Package within required timelines.
- Completes monthly accounting schedules, including accruals, to support financial reporting on time.
- Conducts timely and accurate P&L analysis for accounts with significant variances.
- Executes Oracle module closings and records necessary journal entries in the Oracle system.
- Ensures books of accounts are properly maintained and regularly updated.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of experience in general accounting is preferred but not required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work on-site
