Waldorf Chicken Sandwich

1 loaf Gardenia California Raisin Loaf
2 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
½ cup Apples, chopped
¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Salt & pepper to taste


1. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, chopped apple, chopped walnuts and mayonnaise
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread filling on one side of Gardenia California Raisin bread. Top with lettuce leaves. Cover with another slice of bread.
4. Serve.
