Tuna Pesto Bread Pasta

10 slices of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
1 1/2 cup fresh basil
2 tbsp. crushed cashew nuts
2 pcs. garlic cloves
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. olive oil
1 can of tuna


Pesto Sauce:
1. Blitz garlic & nuts together in a blender
2. Add fresh basil & parmesan cheese; blend
3. Add olive oil
4. Adjust seasoning with salt & lemon

For the wheat bread pasta:
1. Using 1 slice of Gardenia Wheat Bread, flatten with a rolling pin & slice into strips with a knife

For the pasta:
1. Mix two teaspoons of pesto sauce for every slice of Gardenia Wheat Bread
2. Top with 1/4 teaspoon of dried tuna

yield = 10 slices
