Apple Cinnamon and Cream Cheese Toast
BT5 1 Slice
Cream Cheese Spread:
Cream Cheese 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
All purpose cream 1/4 cup
Caramelized Apple 1/2 piece
Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Butter 1/4 cup
salt to taste

Avocado and Bacon Toast
BT5 or T10 1 or 2 Slices
Avocado 1 piece
salt to taste
pepper to taste
olive oil 1 tbsp
Bacon 2 slices

Fruit medley toast
BT5 or T10 1 or both slice/s
Cream Cheese Mixture:
Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 Tbsp
All purpose cream 1/2 cup
Lime/ Lemon Zest
Fruit medley:
Apples 1/4 piece
kiwi 1/4 piece
mango 1/4 piece


Apple Cinnamon and Cream Cheese Toast
1.) To Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, cream and vanilla extract. Mix it together until well combined.
2.) To Prepare Caramelized Apples: Sliced apples thinly and place it in a bowl. Add brown sugar and toss the apples.
3.) place it on a pan and add a cube of butter and season with salt. Simmer over low flame until apples becomes soft.
4.) To Prepare the toast: Spread atleast 1-2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture on gardenia Butter toast/ toasties. Top it with the caramelized apples.
5.) Serve and enjoy.

Avocado and Bacon Toast
1.) To Prepare mashed avocado: Slice avocado in half. scoop out the flesh and transfer it in a bowl.
2.) Season with salt and pepper. You may also add chili pepper flakes ( Optional ). Add olive oil, and mash it using a fork.
3.) to prepare the bacon: Pan Fry until cripsy. Chop the bacon into small bits.
4.) To assemble the toast: Spread the mashed avocado onto the the toast and sprinkle bacon bits on top.

Fruit medley toast
1.) in a bowl, combine together cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, cream and salt. Mix until well combined
2.) in a separate bowl, combine together, diced apples, kiwi and mangoes and season with a little bit of sugar and lemon juice
3.) To assemble the toast, spread the cream cheese mixture onto Gardenia Butter toast.
4.) Top the fruit medley mixture to the cream cheese mixture and serve.
