Sausage n’ Egg Sandwich

4 pcs. of Gardenia Whole Wheat High Fiber Bread
3 pcs. of Egg
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
2 pcs. of Sausage
1 tsp. of Salt
1/2 tsp. of Black Pepper
1 tsp. of Sugar
4 pcs. of Lettuce


Boil and peel the eggs making sure they are hard boiled.
Chop eggs into small cubes, set aside.
Slice sausages into 1/4 to 1/2″ slices, set aside.
Slice green onions diagonally, set aside.

In a pan over low heat, cook sausages until they get crispy. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sugar. Chill for about 10 minutes.

To assemble, start with a slice of Gardenia Whole Wheat High Fiber then add a generous amount of egg salad.
Add a layer of slices of sausage then top with fresh pieces of lettuce.
Finish with another slice of wheat bread.
Transfer to a serving plate.

Serve and enjoy!
