PB&J Pillow Pocket Surprise

4 slices of Gardenia Amaziing Black Forest
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Mango Jam
1 pcs Egg
1 pcs Japanese Bread Crumbs
For the Chocolate Sauce:
1/4 cup Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
1/8 cup All Purpose Cream
1.) Preheat Oven to 120 degrees Celsius
2.) Prepare 2 slices of Gardenia Amazing Black Forest and spread peanut butter and
sandwich it. Seal the ends using the back of the knife and slice it into 4 .
3.) Prepare another 2 slices and do the same process but use mango jam instead for
4.) Do the breading procedure by dipping each pieces in egg then coat it with
breadcrumbs and place it on a baking tray.
5.) Bake until golden brown and crispy and transfer into a serving plate.
TO MAKE HAZELNUT CHOCO SAUCE:
1.) Warm the cooking cream and combine the Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread and
mix well until combined.
2.) Serve with a crisp bacon on the side. Optional.
