No Bake Revel Bar

1 cup oats
1 cup Buttered Toast, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup of chocolate chips


1. In a pan, melt butter and add in brown sugar, oats, and the crushed buttered toasts.
2. Mix well and remove from heat.
3. Transfer it into the prepared container.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours in order to solidify.
4. For the filling, heat sweetened condensed milk in a pan and add the chocolate chips.
5. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
6. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the top and cover with the remaining buttered toast and oat mixture on top.
7. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
