Meatball Brain in a Bun

250g Ground Beef
15g Onion (minced)
15g Garlic (minced)
1tbsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1tbsp Sundried Tomato Pesto
3pcs Gardenia Pandesal


1.) Make a hole on the top of the Pandesal and save the part that you removed. Put 1 tbsp of sun dried tomato pesto.
2.) on a separate bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
3.) make 3 balls out of the mixture and place it on top of the sun dried tomato pesto. Bake it at 140 degrees celsius until beef is fully cooked and brown.
4.) place 2 eye candies on each pandesal and paint lips on the pandesal.
5.) Enjoy it while it’s hot and creepy.
