Lemon-y Shrimp Roll

1 pc of Gardenia Multigrain Soft Bun
250g of Shrimp
2 tbsp of Celery
1 pc of Garlic, cloves
2 tbsp of Mayonnaise
2 cups of Water
1 pc of Lemon
2 tbsp of Vinegar
1 tbsp of Peppercorn
2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
for garnish: Lemon


  1. Pull apart Gardenia Multigrain Soft Bun into two pieces.
  2. Cut a horizontal cut almost all the way through, then open the bun like a hotdog bun. Set aside.
  3. Mince celery and garlic, set aside.
  4. Slice 4 wedges from the lemon, then cut the rest into 1″ pieces, set aside.
  5. In a pot, combine water, lemon, vinegar, and peppercorn. Bring to a boil.
  6. Once boiling add shrimps to cook for 7-10 minutes, strain and peel shrimp and cut into 1/2″ pieces.
  7. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, celery, garlic, mayo, salt, and pepper.
  8. Add the shrimp mixture into the cut buns.
