Ham Sandwich with Coleslaw

Ingredients

4pcs Gardenia Classic White Bread
4pcs Ham, slices
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/4 cup Carrot
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Procedure

Using a peeler, shred the cabbage into thin pieces, set aside.
Using a peeler, peel the carrot. Using a knife, Slice the carrot into thin strips vertically, then vertically again to form matchsticks. Set aside.

In a pan with oil over medium heat, cook ham slices on both sides until browned. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, sesame seeds, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined

On your serving plate, place 1 slice of bread.
Add a layer of mayonnaise then the prepared coleslaw on top.
Add the warm ham slices on top then top the sandwich off with the 2nd piece of bread.

Serve and enjoy!
