Grilled Ham and Pineapple Toast

Ingredients
2 pcs Gardenia Butter Toast
2 pcs Ham, slices
2pcs Pineapple, bits
1/4 cup Cheese, grated
1pc Bell Pepper, red
2 pcs Garlic
Procedure
Peel and mince garlic, set aside
Deseed and mince bell pepper, set aside
In a grill with oil over medium heat, cook the slices of ham until both sides have grill lines.
On a piece of Gardenia Butter Toast, start with cheese, then add ham, pineapple, and top with garlic and bell pepper.
Optional: Toast bread to melt the cheese and cook the garlic
Transfer to a serving plate.
Optional: Top with greens for color / decoration
