Gardenia’s Best Tilapia Fillet with Tartare Sauce

4 pcs Gardenia Whole Wheat Pandesal
4 pcs medium tilapia fillet
1 pinch cayene pepper
¼ cup all purpose cream
25 g parmesan cheese
1 pc lemon
4 pcs candied bacon
salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:
6 pcs pickles
1 tbsp capers
1 cup lite mayonaisse
1 tbsp garlic


Season your Tilapia Fillet with Cayene Pepper, Lemon, Salt and Pepper; Coat it with flour and Sear. Set aside.

For the sauce, combine everything in a bowl, season with Salt and Pepper Set Aside.

Slice your Gardenia Whole Wheat Pandesal and slightly bake in the oven for 1 minute.

To assemble spread a thin layer of your sauce at one side of the Bread. Top it with the fish and spread another layer of sauce on top of the fish and place some mixed greens on top of it. Top it with the other pandesal, plate and serve.
