Gardenia Wheat Raisin Raspberry Chicken

4 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat raisin Loaf
60 g Chicken ham slices
50 g Chicken breast, chopped
15 ml Mayonnaise
60 g cheddar, sliced
2 tbsp Raspberry preserves, stores bought


Fry the chicken Ham. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken breast until it turned brown. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine chopped chicken and mayonnaise.
Spread chicken and mayonnaise mixture on one slice of bread, then spread raspberry preserve on other slice of bread.
Put ham the followed by the cheese slices. Cover with the other slice of bread. Plate and Serve
