Ingredients

For the Sandwich
6 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
6pcs Smoked Streaky Bacon
2pcs Chicken Breast, small, halved horizontally
2pcs Tomatoes, sliced into rounds
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
2 slices Sweet Ham
Butter (to spread)
1pc  Avocado, pitted and mashed
4 -6leaves Lettuce , rinsed and crisped
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Potato Strings (optional) to serve

For the Dressing
6 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon  Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon  Lemon Juice

Procedure

For the Dressing
For the first dressing, mix half of the mayonnaise with mustard.
Season with pepper to taste.
For the second dressing, mix the remainder of the mayonnaise with garlic paste and lemon juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

For the Proteins
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon until crispy.
Set bacon aside and keep the pan and oil hot.
Next, season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Fry chicken in the same pan and oil, until cooked through and golden, 3-4 minutes on each side.

Finishing
Lightly toast the Gardenia Classic White Bread until desired doneness.
Spread butter on top of four slices of bread.
Spread the mayo-mustard dressing on the other two.
Put down a slice of buttered toast on two plates to make two sandwiches.
Spread the mayo-garlic dressing on top and later with chicken, mashed avocado, one slice of cheese, and tomatoes.
Top with a slice of bread with the mayo-mustard, dressing-side down.
Add another layer of ham, cheese, crispy bacon, and lettuce. Cover with the remaining buttered bread.

Plating
Secure with a toothpick and serve with potato strings (optional)
