Gardenia Ube & Cheese Omelette

2 slices Gardenia Double Delights Ube and Cheese Loaf
3 pcs Egg
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
to taste Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Cheese


Slice the Gardenia Ube and Cheese Loaf into small cubes, set aside.
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise

Optional: Add milk or cream
Grate cheese, set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, toast the cubes of ube cheese loaf. Once they have a golden brown hue to them, set aside.
In a pan over medium low heat, add and melt butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the egg mixture and let it cook.
When the egg mixture is almost fully cooked add the toasted ube and cheese bread cubes and grated cheese.

Once fully cooked, fold the omelette and transfer to a serving plate.

Serve and enjoy!
