Gardenia Tuna, Zucchini, & Mushroom Sandwich

½ cup Zucchini
¼ cup Mushroom
120g Tuna
5 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Onion
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Briner


Brush both sides of zucchini of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill over low heat in the pan.

Sautee garlic and onion. Add tuna and brine. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper.

Add mushroom and zucchini. Remove from heat.

For the sandwich, place the tuna mixture. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
