Gardenia Tuna and Lettuce Pinwheel

3 cps Gardenia Wheat Cranberry Loaf
150g Corned Tuna
1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup White Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 pcs Lettuce
1 pc Celery, stalk with leaves
Using a rolling pin, roll the slices of Gardenia Wheat Cranberry Loaf until they’re flat.
Peel and dice white onion, set aside.
Pick leaves from celery, set aside.
Peel and dicw the celery ribs, set aside
In a medium sized bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt, and pepper. Set aside
To assemble, start with a flattened slice of Gardenia Wheat Cranberry Loaf.
Add a piece of lettuce then spread the tuna filling.
Roll it into a tight log then slice into 3pcs.
Chill the slices rolls for 5-10 minutes before serving
Transfer for a serving plate
Optional: Place extra lettuce on the plate.
Place the pinwheels on the plate
