Gardenia Tapalicious

3 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice
250g beef, thinly sliced
100mL lemon juice/vinegar
100mL soy sauce
50g sugar
20g garlic
Black pepper
Violet cabbage (shredded)
Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
Mozzarella cheese (thin sheets)
Strawberry jam
Oyster sauce


Marinate the beef with lemon juice/vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and black pepper overnight. Shred the violet cabbage thinly together with the iceberg lettuce. Remove the crust of the white bread and use a rolling pin to flatten the bread. Put the mozzarella cheese on top of the flattened bread, and then put the beef tapa above it. Place the shredded cabbage and lettuce on one side of the bread so it can be easily rolled. Brush with egg then toast.
