Gardenia Open-faced Ciriano Y Camaron

1 slice Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread, cut a circle out of the middle
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 tsp lite mayonnaise
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
30g red onion minced
1pc chorizo, casing removed and meat crumbled
12 pcs medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1pc Tomato sliced


1. In a pan, heat the oil then add the onion and garlic; cook over high heat stir occasionally until browned. Next, add the chorizo and shrimp.

2.Cook for about 7 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and small amount of water and season with salt and pepper.

3.Serve on High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread with lite mayonnaise, lettuce and sliced tomato. Enjoy
