Gardenia Mediterranean Sandwich Bites

2 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce
1 tbsp Basil Leaves
3 slices Tomato
1 tbsp Black Olives, crumbled
1 tbsp Malunggay, blanched
1 tbsp White Cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp Bell Pepper, sliced


1.) Get 2 slices of Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Bread and lay it flat on a chopping board.
2.) Spread 1 tbsp of pesto sauce on 1 side of the bread.
3.) Add mozzarella cheese and layer each ingredients, basil, tomato slices, black olives, malunggay, bell pepper and crumbled white cheese.
4.) Season with salt and pepper and sandwich it with another slice of the bread.
5.) Toast both sides of the sandwich on a non-stick pan.
6.) Slice into 4 and plate.
