Gardenia Layered Veggie Bake

2 pcs Gardenia Wheat Raisin Loaf
1/2 cup Tomato Purree
2 pcs Sausage
1 pc Onion
2 pcs Bell Pepper
1 pc Zuchhini
3 pcs Tomato, local
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Oil

Procedure

Cut the Gardenia Wheat Raisin Loaf into cubes, set aside.
Slice the sausage into slices, set aside.
Peel and cut onions into thin slices, set aside.
Deseed and cut bell pepper into strips, set aside.
Cut zucchini into matchstick pieces, salt and drain. Set aside.
Slice tomatoes into thin slices, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Set aside.

Line an oven-safe pan with foil and add a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.
(While adding layers of vegetables sprinkle the seasoning mix to distribute them properly.)
Add a layer of the cubes of Gardenia Wheat Raisin Loaf on top of the sauce.
Add a layer of sausage with a little oil.
Add a layer of bell pepper strips.
Add a layer of zucchini matchsticks and onion slices.

Lastly, add a the tomato slices over the top. Overlapping the slices half over the last one.
Brush the top with oil before baking until the vegetables are soft and the sauce has thickened.

Take out of the oven to cool for a bit.
Cut a slice and transfer to a serving plate.

Serve and enjoy!
