Gardenia Hardinera

2 cups Gardenia California raisin bread (slice into cubes)
2 cups ground pork
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup Chopped carrots
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Chopped bell pepper
1/8 cup chopped pickles
5 pcs fresh eggs
3 boiled egg for topping ( cut into 4 parts)
¼ cup of butter


Mix ground pork, salt, black pepper, chopped carrots, chopped bell pepper, cheese, pickles in a bowl then add Raisin bread and fresh eggs. Set aside

Apply butter in llanera and place the sliced boiled eggs at the bottom then pour the Gardenia Hardinera Mixture. Steam for 30 to 40 minutes
