Gardenia Grilled Choco Brioche Ensaymada

Butter, Unsalted and softened 1/2 bar
Sugar, White 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese, Grated 1/2 bar
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp

Cheddar Cheese Spread 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp


1.) Slice Gardenia Choco Chip Brioche in half. ( horizontally.)
2.) For the filling, spread cheese filling and top with raisins. Cover with the other half of the bun and set aside.
3.) To make the butter sugar topping, whip butter and sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
4.) Brush the butter sugar mixture on top of the chocolate chip brioche bun.
5.) Top with grated cheese and parmesan cheese.
6.) Bake inside the oven until cheese is gratinated or grilled.
7.) Serve Warm.
