Gardenia Gambas Salad

2 Slices Gardenia Wheat Cranberry Loaf
6 pcs Shrimp 60g, peeled and deveined
2 tsp Cajun Spice
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Olive oil

Salad mix
6 pcs Garlic cloves, roasted
½ cup Mixed Lettuce
¼ cup White onions
¼ cup Cherry tomato

2 tsp Olive oil
100ml Lemon juice
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Artificial sweetener
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar


1. Marinate shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil.
2. Pan grill marinated shrimp until well done. Toast the bread and set aside.
3. Mix together roasted garlic and grilled shrimps together and place in a bowl.
4. On a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, water, red wine vinegar and season with artificial sweetener to make the vinaigrette.
5. For the salad, mix together lettuce, sliced white onions, cherry tomato and place on a separate bowl together with the toasted Gardenia Wheat Cranberry slices.
6. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
