Gardenia English Breakfast

Ingredients
2 Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun; remove the middle
1 Tbsp of baked beans
30g sausage; cooked and chopped
1 strip bacon; cooked and finely minced
1 egg
30ml non-fat milk
5 grams finely chopped parsley
salt & pepper, to taste
Procedure
Carve out a hole in the center of the bread. Press down the bottom of the bun.
Preheat the oven to 140°C. Place the Gardenia WWB in a greased pan.
Place 1 tablespoon of baked beans on top of each toasted bun, followed by sausages and bacon.
Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl and pour some into each bun. Top with parsley. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Bake for a further 3-5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked. Serve and enjoy.
