Gardenia Dynamite Lumpia

Ingredients

1 loaf Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice
1 loaf Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
7 pieces siling haba
Oil for frying
1 pack bread crumbs
5 pieces eggs
2 packs pili nuts
500g ground pork
1 piece carrots
1 piece white onion
3 cloves garlic
1 box quickmelt cheese – grated
3 tsp iodized salt
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp paprika powder
1 box cheddar cheese

Sauce:
250mL mayonnaise
3 tsp ground black pepper
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp paprika powder
5 pieces fresh red chili
Pili nuts
Ground black pepper

Procedure

Heat the pan with oil. Sautee garlic, onion, ground pork, carrots and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Fill the siling haba with the sautéed filling and place 1 piece of filled sili at the first layer of the bread. In a mixing bowl, dip the roll bread in beaten egg thoroughly and dredge each piece in pili nuts mixture and lastly dredge into the bread crumbs enough to cover everything. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and dip fry the roll bread in medium heat until golden brown. When done, place it all in a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

For the Sauce: Add 1/3 cup water and pili nuts into the blender or food processor. Set aside. Add pili nuts into mortar and pestle to chop. Set aside. In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine and blend the sauce: Mayonnaise, Paprika, chili powder, ground black pepper, pili nuts mixture, chop red chilies.
