Gardenia Classic Clubhouse Sandwich

Ingredients

12 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread, thick slice
1/2 size Whole roasted chicken, flaked
200 g Bacon, fried
3/4 cup Tuna mayo spread, store bought
3 pieces Tomato, sliced
Lettuce leaves

Procedure

Spread tuna mayo on one side of the bread. Top with lettuce leaves, chicken and tomato slices. Cover with another slice of bread. Spread again tuna mixture on top of bread. Place lettuce leaves and bacon strips. Cover with another slice of bread. Slice the sandwich diagonally. Serve.
