Gardenia Butterscotch in a Jar

Ingredients

10 pcs Gardenia Amazing Butterscotch Loaf
300g cream cheese
150ml all purpose cream
120g white sugar
Fruit of your choice

Procedure

Using a round cookie cutter with the same size of the jar, cut breads and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in all purpose cream.
To assemble, place bread at the bottom of the jar, pour the cheesecake mixture on it. Top it again with bread. Repeat process until it reaches the top. Garnish with fruit of your choice. Place inside the chiller until cheesecake sets.
Plate and serve.
