Fruity Choco Fun Bun

2 pcs. of Gardenia Chocolate Fun Bun
1/2 cup of All purpose Cream
1/2 cup of Fruit cocktail


Remove the top layer of a Gardenia Chocolate Fun Bun.
Push down or compress the remaining bread to form a little crater, set aside.
Open and drain the fruit cocktail but save some of the syrup.
In a bowl, whip the cream adding a little fruit cokctial syrup. Chill in the fridge

To assemble, add a layer of fruit to the fun bun.
Then add a layer of cream. (don’t overfill)
Then add a decorative layer of fruits.
Chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.

Once chilled, transfer to a serving plate.

Serve and enjoy!
