Fish Soft Tacos

3 pcs of Gardenia Classic White
200g Cream Dory Fillet
1/2 cup All purpose flour
2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 cup Cooking Oil
1 pc Tomato, local
2 pcs of Lettuce, leaves
2 tbsp of Cheese Sauce


Flatten the slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread with your hand or a rolling pin, set aside.
Season the fish with ground black pepper and dust with flour, set aside
Cut the tomato into strips, set aside.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then cut them into strips. Set aside.
In a pan with oil over medium heat, fry the fish on both sides till golden brown.
Once fish can be handled, cut into manageable pieces.
In a pan without oil, warm bread on the both sides and form into a half shape like a taco.
Starting with the soft taco shell, add the lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
Then add fish fillet pieces and drizzle with cheese sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
