Chicken with Creamy Pesto Filling in a Bun

– 3pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal
– 3pcs Chicken Breast
– 1cup Basil
– 1pc Garlic
– 1tbsp Cashew Nuts
– 1/4cup Parmesan Cheese
– 1/2cup Olive Oil
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 1/2bar Cream Cheese
1. Chop the garlic, cashew nuts, and basil. Put it together in a food processor/ blender then add the parmesan cheese, and olive oil until well blended. Add the cream cheese then blend. Set Aside.
2. Cut a slit in the middle part of the chicken breast and fill it with Cream Cheese filling. Season it with salt and pepper. Pan-fry the filled chicken until cooked.
3. Slice the Gardenia Pandesal in half then toast it with butter. Place the pesto filled chicken into the pandesal and serve hot.
