Butter Toast with Spinach Dip

Ingredients
Gardenia Butter Toast
Spinach dip:
½ cup Cream cheese
½ cup Garlic cream
½ cup sour cream
½ cup Mozzarella
1 cup Spinach, blanched
Salt and pepper
Procedure
1. Slice Gardenia butter toast into four and set aside.
2. To make the spinach dip, combine all ingredients (except mozzarella) in a bowl. Mix it well.
3. Place it in a baking cup or bowl and top it with mozzarella.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 140C
5. Serve and enjoy!
