Pop Banana Muffin

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. of Gardenia Chocolate Banana Muffin
  • 10 pcs. of Caramel Popcorn
  • ¼ cup of Cream Cheese, Lite
  • ¼ cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. of Caramel Sauce
  • ½ cup of Salt

Procedure

  • Open and unwrap the Gardenia Chocolate Banana Muffin, using a spoon or small spatula cut a hole on the top of the muffin. (try not to touch the edges)
  • Remove the middle (for a snack) and push the loose crumbs back into the muffin making sure the hole is big enough for the filling. (Do not reach the bottom) Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, greek yogurt, caramel sauce, and salt together (mixture doesn’t have to be smooth)
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hole of the muffin.
  • Add the popcorn on the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Chill the muffins in the freezer for 10 mins.

Optional: Add a caramel drizzle to give the final touch.

Transfer to a serving plate / platter
