Mom’s Mini Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Gardenia Classic White Bread
  • Egg Cucumber Tea Bites
  • 1/2 pc Cucumber, Large
  • 2 pcs Egg, hard boiled
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Celery
  • 1 tbsp Relish
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

PB Jelly Apple Sandwich
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 pc Apple, Medium
2 tbsp Jelly

Procedure

Wash and dry all produce, including cucumber, celery, and apple.
Slice the cucumbers crosswise into thin and even slices, set aside.
Cut the hard boiled egg into small cubes, set aside.
Cut celery into a small dice, making sure the pieces are as equal as we can. Set aside.
Cut and deseed the apple, cut first into 8 wedges then cut the wedges crosswise to form triangles. Set aside
In a bowl, mix together the egg, mayo, celery, relish, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
For the Cucumber Sandwich,
Start with a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, and add a layer of slices cucumbers. Try to fill the space so they can overlap halfway.
Then add a layer of the egg mixture and top with the 2nd slice of bread. Set aside
For the Apple Sandwich,
Start with a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, spread a layer of peanut butter and top with the apple slices.
Then on the other slice, spread a layer of jam and top with the 2nd slice of bread. Set aside
Slice sandwiches into 4pcs, making them small but not too small.
Setup mini sandwiches on a board or plate, be as creative with the plating as you want.
Serve and enjoy!
