Choco Bread Custard

Ingredients
- 1 pc Gardenia Choco Brioche Bun
- 1/4 cup Beau & Belle UHT Full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp Delicia Salted Caramel Spread
- 1 pc Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Procedure
- Cut the Gardenia Choco Brioche Bun into 1″ pieces. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the egg, Beau & Belle UHT Full Cream Milk, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Add the brioche cubes to the egg mixture.
- Mix gently until the bread soaks up most of the milk mixture.
- Transfer half of the mixture to a heatproof container.
- Spread half of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread over the bread.
- Add the remaining bread mixture, then drizzle the rest of the Salted Caramel Spread on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 325°F, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Serve and enjoy!
