Choco Bread Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Gardenia Choco Brioche Bun
  • 1/4 cup Beau & Belle UHT Full Cream Milk
  • 2 tbsp Delicia Salted Caramel Spread
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Procedure

  • Cut the Gardenia Choco Brioche Bun into 1″ pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together the egg, Beau & Belle UHT Full Cream Milk, and salt until fully incorporated.
  • Add the brioche cubes to the egg mixture.
  • Mix gently until the bread soaks up most of the milk mixture.
  • Transfer half of the mixture to a heatproof container.
  • Spread half of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread over the bread.
  • Add the remaining bread mixture, then drizzle the rest of the Salted Caramel Spread on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 325°F, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
