Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce

3 pcs Gardenia Classic White Bread
1 pcs Chicken breast, fillet sliced into small cubes
1 clove Garlic Minced
2 tbsp Yogurt

salt and pepper to taste

Tatziki sauce:
1 pc cucumber small, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
5 g salad greens
2 tbsp Olive Oil
grated cheese/ white cheese
salt and pepper to taste


1. To prepare the wrap, flatten the bread using a rolling pin. Cut circular shapes onto the bread using a cookie cutter then set aside.
2. Pan toast the bread and drizzle a little bit of olive oil.
3. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, salt , pepper and yogurt and marinate it for 10-15 minutes.
4. In a non stick pan, grill or pan fry the chicken until golden brown then set aside.
5. To prepare the sauce, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice and mix all together.
To assemble the sandwich:
1. Place lettuce inside the wrap and add sliced cucumber.
2. Top with the souvlaki chicken and finish with tatziki sauce.
3. Serve and enjoy
