Cheesy Potato & Leek Bake

Ingredients

3 pcs.    Gardenia Cheese Buns

2 tbsp.  Butter

2 cloves Garlic

2 pcs Potato Medium

1 pc. Leek

1 tsp. Salt

½ tsp. pepper

½ cayenne pepper

¼ cup all-purpose cream

¼ cup fresh milk

¼ cup quick melt cheese

2 pc. craft square box with lid

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • Cut the Gardenia Cheese Buns into 1″ cubes, set aside.
  • Mince garlic, set aside.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/2” cubes, set aside.
  • Chop leeks into thin slices, set aside.
  • In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Sauté garlic until slightly golden then cook potatoes and leeks for 3-4 more minutes or until the potatoes are half cooked.
  • Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, all purpose cream, and fresh milk in.
  • Mix well and cook for 5-7 more minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
  • Add the cubed Gardenia Cheese Buns and mix well until all the liquid is absorbed. Set aside
  • Line a muffin tin with paper / silicone liners, divide the mixture evenly among 6 muffin liners.
  • Grate cheese on top then bake for 2-3 minutes of just until the cheese is melted and the edged are starting to brown.
  • Remove the muffin tin and set aside to cool
  • For storage, let completely cool and transfer to a gift container and store in the refrigerator.
  • Can be eaten warm or room temperature
  • Serve and enjoy!
