Caramelized Banana French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
- 1/2 cup Delicia Salted Caramel Spread
- 1/2 cup Beau & Belle UHT
- 4 pcs Banana
- 1/4 cup Pancake Syrup
- 2 pcs Egg
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix together Beau & Belle UHT Milk, Eggs, and half of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread.
- Mix until fully incorporated, dip the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread in the egg mixture.
- Peel and slice the bananas lengthways, set aside.
- In a pan with oil / butter over medium low heat, place the dipped slices and cook on the first side for 2-3 minutes.
- Before flipping add 2 halves on the banana on top so that it cooked when the bread is flipped.
- Flip and cook on the 2nd side. Once cooked set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together pancake syrup and the rest of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread.
- Transfer the cooked french toasts to a plate / platter.
- Drizzle with the Delicia Salted Caramel mixture
- Serve and enjoy!
