Caramelized Banana French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
  • 1/2 cup Delicia Salted Caramel Spread
  • 1/2 cup Beau & Belle UHT
  • 4 pcs Banana
  • 1/4 cup Pancake Syrup
  • 2 pcs Egg

Procedure

  • In a bowl, mix together Beau & Belle UHT Milk, Eggs, and half of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread.
  • Mix until fully incorporated, dip the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread in the egg mixture.
  • Peel and slice the bananas lengthways, set aside.
  • In a pan with oil / butter over medium low heat, place the dipped slices and cook on the first side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Before flipping add 2 halves on the banana on top so that it cooked when the bread is flipped.
  • Flip and cook on the 2nd side. Once cooked set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together pancake syrup and the rest of the Delicia Salted Caramel Spread.
  • Transfer the cooked french toasts to a plate / platter.
  • Drizzle with the Delicia Salted Caramel mixture
  • Serve and enjoy!
