Gardenia Philippines was recognized as an ‘Outstanding Stakeholder’ at the 2023 Stakeholder Summit of DepEd-Cavite

Gardenia Bakeries (Philippines), Inc. was recognized as an ‘Outstanding Stakeholder’ for the 2023 Stakeholders Summit of the Department of Education Division of Cavite held at Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) last 06 February 2024.

For the past 12 years, the company has been donating 250 loaves of Gardenia bread weekly to the students of Bilog Elementary School, Alfonso Cavite. This CSR effort is part of the company’s ‘Daily Bread Program’, a bread donation campaign that aims to assist communities in sustaining food needs through Gardenia’s delicious and nutritious breads. The program’s beneficiaries also include orphanages, charitable institutions, and other communities.

With this bread donation program under Gardenia’s ENRICHING LIVES initiative, the company continues to align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 2: Zero Hunger and Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.
