Gardenia Philippines named as one of country’s top employers by Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista

Recognizing the company’s commitment to cultivating a workplace centered on employee well-being, growth, and inclusivity, Gardenia has been recognized as one of the country’s top 300 employers in the Philippine Daily Inquirer Best Employers List.

A recognition powered by the voice of employees
Based on a large-scale survey conducted by German market research firm Statista, this top employer list highlights the value of the employees’ assessment of their employers based on personal experience, as well as their perception of other companies within their industries.

Covering 400,000 companies across 28 industries, employees who participated in the study were asked to rate their employers based on various aspects of their job including work environment, job satisfaction, and potential for development. Participants also rated other companies within their industries based on brand image and reputation.

Through the comprehensive feedback from thousands of participating employees, this annual study acknowledges the top 300 companies that excel in employee engagement, reinforcing the importance of a workplace that values and nurtures its people.
