Build a Boo Board

Ingredients

4 slices Gardenia Double Delights Ube & Cheese Loaf, cheese slice
4 slices Gardenia Double Delights Ube & Cheese Loaf, ube slice
4 slices Gardenia Chocolate Chip Loaf
Ube Monster:
  • 1 tbsp Ube Extract
  • 1 cup All Purpose Cream, whipped
  • 1 pc Tangerine Orange, peeled and divided into segments
  • 1 pc Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 8 pcs Chocolate Chip
  • 2 pc Mini Marshmallow, cut in half
  • 2 slices Cheese Slices, cut into triangles
  • 2 tbsp Ube Jam (Optional)
Spider Web:
  • 1/4 cup Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  • 4 pcs Milk Chocolate Button
  • 1/3 cup White Chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Sandwich Cookie, crushed
Spooky Ghosts:
  • 1/4 cup Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  • 1 cup All Purpose Cream, whipped
  • 2 tbsp Milk Chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp Sprinkles, ideally halloween colors

Procedure

For Ube Monster:
  • Using a whisk or a mixer, mix together ube extract, all purpose crea, and optionally ube jam for an extra boost of flavor and texture. Transfer to a piping bag.
  • On a slice of Gardenia Double Delights Ube & Cheese Loaf, ube slice. Using a thin tip, pipe on the bread using a back and forth motion to create hair like strands.
  • For the face, start with putting 2 slices of banana on the upper third of the slice. Add 1 chocolate chip in the middle of each slice to make the eye.
  • Add 3-4 cheese triangles on the bottom third to make a smile.
  • Add 2 orange segments per slice on the top corners for the ears.
  • Lastly, finish with a mini marshmallow nose in the middle of the slice.
  • Repeat the steps above until all the ube monsters are made.
Spider Web
  • Spread a layer of Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread on a slice of Gardenia Chocolate Chip Loaf.
  • Using the white chocolate, draw a web shape making sure to keep the chocolate lines even in thickness.
  • Add a chocolate button to the middle for the body
  • Using white and milk chocolate, give the spider eyes and legs.
  • Sprinkle the edges of the web with crushed chocolate cookie sandwiches
  • Repeat the steps above until all the spider webs are made.
Spooky Ghosts
  • Spread a layer of Delicia Hazelnut Chocolate Spread on a slice of Gardenia Double Delights Ube & Cheese Loaf, cheese slice.
  • Pipe whip cream circles around 2-3 around the slice.
  • Using a toothpick, give the ghost little extensions on the bottom to give the illusion of it floating.
  • Using milk chocolate, give the ghost eyes and a mouth.
  • Finish the decoration with sprinkles.
  • Repeat the steps above until all the ghosts are made.
Finishing
  • Transfer your spooky new friends to a plate / platter to share with you friends
  • Serve and enjoy!
