DIY Pizza Toasts

Ingredients

8 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice
Meat n’ Veggie Pizza

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 pc Italian Sausage, cooked
  • 2 slices Ham, triangles
  • 2 tbsp Onions, rings
  • 2 tbsp Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

Meat Medley Pizza

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 8 slices Pepperoni
  • 1 slice Bacon, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Ground Beef, cooked
  • 1/4 pc Italian Sausage, cooked
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

Tropical Ham Pizza

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 slices Ham, triangles
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

Rich Spinach Cheese Pizza

  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Spinach, leaves, cooked
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

Procedure

Using a rolling pin, roll the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice. Only roll for 1-2 passes so the bread will not to too flat. Set aside.
For Meat n’ Veggie Pizza

  • On a flatted slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice, spread on the tomato sauce.
  • Spread the toppings evening over the slice.
  • Grate cheese on top to cover the pizza. Set aside

For Meat Medley Pizza

  • On a flatted slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice, spread on the tomato sauce.
  • Spread the toppings evening over the slice.
  • Grate cheese on top to cover the pizza. Set aside

For Tropical Ham Pizza

  • On a flatted slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice, spread on the tomato sauce.
  • Spread the toppings evening over the slice.
  • Grate cheese on top to cover the pizza. Set aside

Rich Spinach Cheese Pizza

  • Chop the spinach leaves and squeeze out the remaining liquid.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, spinach leaves, and minced garlic.
  • Mix well to evenly distribute the spinach.
  • Spread on a flattened slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice.
  • Top with grated cheese.

Repeat the steps above to make desired number of pizzas
In a toaster oven, toast for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
Once cooked, transfer to a serving plate / platter
Serve and enjoy!
