Mom’s Special Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread

Mango Kani Roll (4 Rolls)

  • 4 pcs Crabstick
  • 1/2 pc Ripe Mango, strips
  • 8 pcs Nori
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo (Japanese Mayo)
  • 1/2 pc Cucumber, strips

Pizza Roll (2 Rolls)

  • 6 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cheese, grated

Creamy Chicken Roll (2 Rolls)

  • 2 tbsp Chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 pc Carrot, small
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 4 pcs Nori

Procedure

Wash all produce, set aside.
Trim the crusts off of the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread.
Starting with a slice of bread, place a sheet of nori to cover the surface
On one side, add 1/2 a piece of crab stick, a strip of mango, a strip of cucumber, and kewpie mayo.
Starting from the end with the filling roll the bread slice until the end.
(Optional) Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge to help keep its shape.
For Pizza Roll:

  • On a slice of timmed Gardenia Classic White Bread, add a layer of tomato sauce.
  • Then add pepperoni and shredded cheese and roll the bread slice. Set aside

For Creamy Chicken Roll:

  • On a slice of timmed Gardenia Classic White Bread, add nori to cover the slice.
  • Add the chicken, carrot strips, and cream cheese and roll the bread slice. Set aside

Slice the rolls into 3 pieces, transfer to a plate / platter.
Serve and enjoy!
