Tomato Tango Spinach Melt

Ingredients

8 pcs. of Gardenia Classic White Bread
3 tbsp. of Cream Cheese, softened
3 tbsp. of Cheese, Mozzerella
1 cup of Spinach
2 pcs. of Tomato
1 pc. of Onion, White, Small
1 tsp. of Salt
1/2 tsp. of Pepper

Procedure

· Pick out thick stems off of the spinach. Set aside.
· Slice tomatoes thin, set aside.
· Peel and mince the onion, set aside.
· Grate cheese, set aside.
Finishing
· In a pan over medium heat, cook the spinach until it’s wilted and soft.
· Chop the spinach until it forms almost a paste.
· In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheese, spinach, onion, salt, and pepper.
·Spread a good layer on the bread, add tomato slices.
· Add the 2nd slice of bread to make a sandwich.
· (Optional) Toast the sandwich on both sides to add

· (Optional) Cut the sandwich as desired
· Serve and enjoy!
