Corned Tuna Salsa Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Corned Tuna
  • 1/4 pc Red Onion, small
  • 2 pcs Tomato
  • 1 pc Cucumber
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Procedure

  • Wash, peel, and dry all produce, set aside
  • Mince the red onion, set aside
  • Deseed and chop the tomato and cucumber into small cubes
  • In a bowl, mix together red onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, and pepper. Set aside
  • Starting with a slice of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Raisin Loaf, spread a layer of mayonnaise.
  • Next, add the tomato and cucumber salsa then a layer of corned tuna.
  • To finish, place the second slice of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
  • Repeat steps to make all sandwiches
  • Transfer to a serving plate / platter
  • Serve and enjoy!
