Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

• 4 pcs of Gardenia Classic White Loaf
• 200g of Beef, Tenderloin
• 1 pc of Onion, White. Medium
• 1 pc of Bell Pepper, Green
• 1 pc of Bell Pepper, Red
• 6 pcs of Button Mushroom
• 2 pcs of Garlic, cloves
• 1 tsp of Salt
• ½ tsp of Black Pepper
• ¼ cup of Cheese

Procedure

• Cut the beef into thin slices, set aside.
• Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
• Peel and chop onions in thin slices, set aside.
• Slice the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and button mushroom. Set aside.
• Peel and mince the garlic cloves, set aside.
• Shred the cheese, set aside.
• In a pan with oil over medium heat, cook the meat until it is almost fully cooked. Set aside.
• In the same pan over medium-high heat, saute white onions, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms until caramelized.
• Next, add back the meat, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is almost fully cooked.
• Add the cheese on top of the meat and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
• Starting with a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, add the meat and cheese mixture on top.
• Top with another slice of bread.
• Optional: Cut to your desired size.
• Transfer to a serving plate / platter.
• Serve and enjoy!
