Crispy Tilapia Fillet with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pcs. of Gardenia Whole Wheat Pandesal
- 8 pcs. of Lettuce, leaves
- 1 pc. of Lemon
- 4 pcs. Of Tilapia, fillet
- ¼ cup of All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 3 pcs. Of Pickles
- 2 tsp. of Capers
- ½ cup of Mayonnaise, lite
- 2 pcs. Of Garlic, Cloves
- 1 tbsp of Parsley
Procedure
- Cut the Gardenia Whole Wheat Buns crosswise, set aside.
- Grate parmesan cheese, set aside
- Mince the pickles, capers, garlic,, and parsley. Set aside.
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Set aside
- In a bowl, make a dry mixture of flour, cayenne pepper, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish on both sides with the dry mixture.
- In a pan with oil over medium heat, cook the fish on both sides until golden brown. Set aside
- Optional: Toast the buns cut side down first then flip.
- Starting with bottom half of the bun, spread a layer of the sauce.
- Add a layer of lettuce leaves then the fish.
- Add a thin layer of sauce then finish with the top bun.
- Transfer to a serving plate
Optional: Serve with additional sauce, lemon wedge and parsley on the side
